Commercial Pizza Ovens are designed to deliver consistent performance, high heat, and even cooking for perfect pizzas every time. They are ideal for restaurants, pizzerias, and food service establishments that require high-capacity, reliable baking equipment.
Available in single, double, or triple deck variants, these ovens can be powered by electricity or gas. The outer body is made of heavy-duty stainless steel (SS 304) for durability and hygiene, while the baking chamber features mild steel with high-temperature paint or stainless steel, equipped with a cordierite stone base or refractory brick for an authentic crust.
The temperature range is adjustable from 50°C to 400°C, with dual control for top and bottom heating elements. Electric models use tubular heating elements, while gas models are LPG/PNG compatible with safety valves. High-density ceramic or glass wool insulation ensures heat retention and energy efficiency.
Control panels can be analog or digital, with timer, temperature control knobs, and indicator lights. Each deck has a capacity of 4 to 6 pizzas (9" size) or 2 to 3 pizzas (12" size), depending on the internal chamber dimensions. The standard chamber size is 26” x 24” x 6”, with custom sizes available.
Electric models operate on 230V/50Hz (single phase) or 415V/50Hz (three phase) power supply, with power consumption ranging from 3 kW to 9 kW based on size and number of decks.
Optional features include a glass viewing window with interior light, digital temperature controller, stone baking surface for a wood-fired texture, timer with auto cut-off, and a stand or trolley base with castors. These ovens are perfect for pizzerias, restaurants, food courts, hotels, bakeries, and commercial kitchens producing Italian-style, Neapolitan, or thin-crust pizzas.
